Inspirational event for the unit Leading Against the Tide – Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the inspirational event for the unit Leading Against the Tide, this is a free event! and no booking is necessary, every woman is welcome! It is part of the programme Women Leading for a Change, click here to find out more information about this programme.

The inspirational event is at 10am to 12.45pm at the Nottinghamshire Deaf Society, 22 Forest Road West, Nottingham, NG7 4EQ

Inspirational speakers will share their experiences and take you questions.

Plus a chance to find out more about the programme and about other learning and volunteering opportunities in Nottingham. Light refreshments will be provided and reasonable travel expenses will be refunded.

Women Leading For A Change Starts Thursday 10th Novemeber

On Thursday 10th November Women Leading For A change course starts with an inspirational talk from Shuguftah Quddoos and Councillor Sue Johnson at the Basford Community Centre at 10am to 12.45pm. The first unit is called Leading in the Community. This unit will include exploring questions such as ‘can anyone lead?’, ‘what makes a community leader?’, and ‘who can become a community leader?’ Any women can come along to the inspirational talk without booking unless you need child care.
