To the power of 10

On Friday 2nd September at 1pm till 4pm there is an event at Nottingham Council House. This event is for young people, aged 13 – 25 to put forward their questions and points to key decision makers about the recent events in Nottingham.

Lunch will be provided from 1pm with an opportunity to talk face to face with some of the panellists.

The debate will finish at 4pm. 

The final programme will be available to confirmed delegates on Wednesday 31st August.  It will be sent out by email and will be published on www.brightideasnottingham.co.uk and www.975kemetfm.com

Suggested delegation size: 6-8 young people. Delegations with young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Individuals can book and join Kemet’s delegation.  This event is for young people aged 13 to 25.  Delegation leaders can be adults of any age.

If you can’t make the event it will be broadcast live on 97.5 kemet fm.

Could you be a judge for Nottingham’s Next Bottom Model!

Bright Ideas Nottingham has launched a competition to promote the importance of returning the bowel cancer screening kit. Everyone aged from 60 to 69 who are registered with a GP should receive a free screening kit as part of the NHS programme.

The competition is to design a toilet roll doll. There are four different categories for the competition.
