
Reggae Meets Zumba

Reggaerobics originally took place on Monday mornings 10am to 11am and Thursday evenings 6:30pm to 7:30pm, at The Vine Community Centre, Bobbers Mill Road, Hyson Green.
Join The Love Hearts and Carol Burrell for Reggaerobics Meets Zumba classes. We have men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes. The only criteria is that you want get back into, or increase your level of physical activity.
Just follow the teeth because everyone who has tried it, just can’t stop smiling.
Reggaerobics is FREE. However, you can make a voluntary donation to the British Heart Foundation if you wish.
Evening classes are coming soon.
Hearts and Minds
Reggaerobics and Come Nyam Wid Me are part of the Hearts and Minds programme. Hearts and Minds is a programme of activity aimed to raise awareness of the British Heart Foundation in Nottingham’s diverse communities.
