This uplifting day will look at beliefs about mental health recovery and the positive things we can all do to support the recovery and well-being of family members. We will also look at how carers, friends and family members can take more care of their own well-being.
The event takes place as part of Mental Health Awareness Weeks 2012
It has been organised by a new partnership of community sector groups and individuals.
