Open Dialogue

A film about how psychosis is treated in Finland.

Western Lapland now has the best results in the world for first episode psychosis.

Their secret?  Dialogue.  And lots of it.

A group of innovative family therapists converted the area’s traditional mental health system and their principles are surprisingly simple.  Families, friends and social networks are involved in the treatment process right from the beginning.

Would it work in the UK?

Watch the film then have your say!
